Proposal software pricing

Start on the free plan with no card. Every tier includes AI drafting, RFP analysis and client engagement analytics — we do not hold the analytics back for a higher plan, because knowing what a client read is the point.

Pricing is per account rather than per seat, and there are no per-send charges or overage fees. Compare that against the metered models elsewhere in the category before you judge on headline price: a cheap seat with a monthly send allowance can cost more than a dearer one without.

How this compares to the rest of the category

Most proposal tools price per seat, and several meter how many proposals you may send each month, billing per document beyond the allowance. That model suits a predictable sales team and punishes anyone whose volume swings — which is most freelancers and small agencies. We price per account with a monthly creation limit and no send charges, so the bill does not move when a good month arrives.

We have written the comparisons up in full, including the parts where the other tool is the better buy: PandaDoc, Proposify and Qwilr.

Pricing questions

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. No credit card, no trial clock, no expiry. It includes AI generation and engagement analytics — the same features the paid plans have, with a lower monthly proposal allowance. You upgrade when the volume stops fitting, not when a timer runs out.

What counts against my monthly proposal limit?

A proposal counts once, when you generate it. Sending it, re-sending it, exporting the PDF and tracking client engagement are unmetered — there is no per-send charge and no overage billing, so a busy month costs exactly what the plan costs. AI usage has its own separate monthly allowance on each plan, which covers section regeneration and RFP analysis.

Do you charge per user?

Plans are priced per account, not per seat, and each plan includes a set number of team members. That is deliberate: per-seat pricing punishes you for bringing a second person in to help on a deadline, which is exactly when you need them.

Can I run more than one business from one account?

Yes. You can create multiple organizations and switch between them without logging out, each with its own clients, proposals and branding. Useful if you run a freelance practice alongside an agency, or manage proposals for more than one brand.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. Changing plans never deletes work — every proposal, client and template you have already created stays in the account, and your existing proposals keep working for the clients you sent them to.

What happens if I hit my plan limit?

Creating new proposals pauses until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Everything already in your account stays fully usable — you can still edit, send, track and export existing proposals. Nothing is locked behind an upgrade prompt.
