8. Limitation of Liability

• Error-free operation or flawless performance

• Accuracy of AI-generated content or suggestions
• Data backup or recovery in all circumstances

8.2 Liability Cap

• Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data, proposals, or client information
• Business interruption or downtime
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Costs of substitute services or software
• Failure to win proposals or close deals
• Third-party claims arising from your use of the Service

Maximum Liability: Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid us in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim

8.3 Force Majeure
